BALANCE – An Essential Flow Immersion with Dilhani Wijeyesekera

Join Dilhani for a 2 hour yoga and essential oils workshop exploring the theme of balance in late summer. I’ll be guiding you through a holistic practice including breath centering, pranayama, asanas which will focus on creating core stability and growing roots through balancing postures, and finishing with a guided meditation. Throughout class you will experience specific oils which complement the practice and will lift your mood. As always, tea and a super tasty snacks will be on offer at the end of class. This will be a super lush experience for body and soul!
Essential oils have been used for their medicinal and aromatic properties for thousands of years. In this workshop, you’ll learn more about how to integrate oils safely into your practice.
