Gut health & emotional wealth workshop with @lizzye_yoga and @higher.health


Lizzy Edwards and Angela Fryer have teamed up to give you a special 3 hours workshop focusing on the gut and its relationship with emotions and mental health.

Did you know your gut makes 90% of your ‘happy’ hormones? A happy healthy gut can help balance your moods and improve your energy!

Join Lizzy and Angela to find out how to incorporate feel good foods into your daily diet, recognise gut imbalance, the impact of certain food groups on gut and mental wellbeing as well as a slow flow, recipes to take away, some yummy snacks, and an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the session.
ANgela is a Healthy Living pharmacist and Nutritionist based in Bristol. As a healthcare professional for over 15 years and using nutrition to find what her body needed to mentally and physically heal herself, Angela believes in a person centred approach providing individuals with useful practical advice to optimise their health and wellbeing.

London based yoga teacher Lizzy will guide you through a 75 minute dreamy flow you get you out of your head and into right into your body.
Lizzy is passionate about the connection yoga has with helping the gut heal after her own journey with years of gut issues and anxiety.
