LSD – Long, Slow and Deep with Lawrence

This workshop is designed to challenge us more mentally than physically, discovering the tools we need to release key troublesome areas in the body, whilst developing ways to maintain a mindset free from unhelpful distraction.
We’ll reveal unhelpful breathing patters and break stress building habits to facilitate powerful release for the nervous system and muscular tension.
Movements are based on the Yin yoga tradition, and are made either seated or lying on the back, they’re intended to reset problematic hips, promote healthy flexibility and remedy troublesome lower backs and shoulders.
Zero previous yoga experience is required, all mats and props are provided, we’ll practice in a dimly lit, comfortably warm room to remove distraction whilst you are guided through instructions that encourage us to dive deep into our bodies and the vast universe within ourselves.
This workshop is a tool we can keep in our back pocket and draw upon whenever the time is appropriate, useful for teachers, yogis and non-yogis alike.
