If you have any underlying medical conditions it is always recommended to seek advice.

I’ve got an injury, what class is suitable for me?

This really depends on the injury and other factors such as your fitness and experience with yoga. Please contact us first before you book a class.

I’m new to yoga, which classes would be good for me?

Try Intro to Yoga, or any of the gentle classes such as Yin, Love to Lay Down, Restorative, Slow Flow & Wild Stretch and Wild Stretch with Breath.

It’s my first time at the studio. What time should I arrive before class?

Try to arrive 15-20 mins before so you have time to let your teacher know if you have any injuries, sign the waiver form and familiarise yourself with the studio.

I’m a bit nervous about starting yoga, what can I expect for my first visit?

Our studio is friendly and welcoming. Arrive 10 minutes before class, enjoy a cup of tea or relax on your mat in the studio. Once class has begun, you will be guided and supported throughout the whole session.

Pregnancy, Asthma & Disabities

I am pregnant but never practiced yoga before, can I join a class?

If you are completely new to yoga, we only recommend our Pregnancy Yoga class which you are welcome to join after the first trimester.

I have been practicing yoga for a while and just found out I am pregnant, can I still come to class?

We recommend to wait until after the first trimester before you come to class again and suggest you join pregnancy yoga. It’s a great opportunity to connect with other mothers-to-be. In pregnancy yoga you are encouraged to move in ways that are particularly beneficial for you and your baby.

If you have been practising here at the studio previously, it is at your discretion whether to continue to practice your usual classes. You must inform your teacher and update your waiver form.

I’ve got Asthma, is it safe for me in the studio?

Always talk to your teacher before class about your condition and add it to your waiver form. We don’t burn incense at the studio but some teachers burn Palo Santo and Sage.
