Q. What is disabled access like?

A. Limited, accessed by stairs, students with minor limited mobility can be helped upstairs. We can arrange one-on-one visits to your home.

Q. Do I need to see a doctor before starting a Yoga or Fitness class?

A. If you have any underlying medical conditions it is always recommended to seek advice.

Q. Can I shower and are their lockers for my clothes?

A. Yes, we have 2 showers and your teacher will secure the room where your belongings are.

Q. Is there a safe place to leave my bike?

A. There are on-street bike racks around the area.

Q. Can I get refreshments?

A. Yes we provide refreshments, hot teas and water are always at hand.

Q. Are there mats?

A. Yes! We have mats and all sorts of props!

Q. I haven’t done Yoga before, is there a class for me?

A. Absolutely. Please come and talk to us and we will find the class suitable for you.

Q. Can I hire the space for my own classes or events?
