Join Rachel for an extra magical extended class, give yourself some additional time to explore the relaxing and meditative qualities of this gentle practice. Find yourself lingering a little longer in the slower world of Yin. Expect seated and lying poses held for enough time to support the release of the musculature. Working in this way helps us to still both body and mind. Rachel will also guide you on the practice of Nidra, also known as ‘yogic sleep’, this carefully considered meditation with relaxation techniques and visualisations will enhance the restorative and replenishing nature of this class.
