Creative Breathwork: Harness Your Innate Creativity To Transform

19th February | 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

19 February 2020
Come along to the very first Creative Breathwork Session to be hosted in the exquisite den of Wild Wolf Yoga, where you will get the opportunity to harness your innate creativity and transform your experience of life.

If you haven’t experienced Breathwork before, do not worry, I offer a safe and supportive space in which I will guide you through the process. If you are familiar with Breathwork already, I invite you to come and try a new approach – a Creative approach.

We’ll be looking at our own individual creative power, new ways to access it, where it resonates in our lives and how to stimulate a more abundant flow. This session is not just for those who consider themselves a ‘creative’ but for everyone who wants to increase the level of joy, fluidity and manifestation in their life. We were all born artists, some of us just forgot!

Let’s breathe ourselves back to wholeness!

Conscious Connected Breathwork is like opening all the windows of your house and letting the clean, fresh air blow through, shifting old dust and rubbish. Through an open mouth, we consciously increase the oxygen flow in the body, infusing our cells with energy and unblocking old thought patterns and clogged physical passages.

This is an extremely effective way to recalibrate the nervous system; a system that becomes easily frazzled in our fast-paced society. Triggering the parasympathetic nervous system, we can consciously return to feelings of deep calm, opening up to profound realisations and improved connection to our true selves.

Breathwork may provide the following benefits:

—Elimination of toxins and waste through the lungs
—Conscious shifts in belief patterns and trauma
—Relief from anxiety and stress on a psycho/physiological basis
—Deeper sense of peace and calm as well as new ways to increase this
—Increased clarity and focus
—Improved ability to make better choices and bypass limiting thoughts and behaviours

Advance booking is necessary for this event. No entry on the door.
