Face Yoga Workshop with Polina

You might go to yoga classes to get a strong healthy body …but do you ever exercise your face? In the same way as our bodies need exercise to stay healthy and fit, the 58 muscles in the face can be exercised too to promote a natural, surgery-free alternative to a face lift. In this hands-on fun workshop, learn the fundamentals of Face Yoga, to help diminish wrinkles, lift the facial contours, create a healthy glow and look much younger! Polina will teach a practical comprehensive program of face exercises and massage, covering all areas of the face from forehead to neck, finishing with a guided deep relaxation with visualisation.

relaxation/better sleep and digestion;

This workshop mostly focuses on the face and wellbeing and is therefore suitable for all levels and ages. Please feel free to wear your usual skincare and make-up as you normally would.

In addition to being an experienced Pilates teacher, Polina teaches Face Yoga and have been trained personally by Danielle Collins in her famous Face Yoga Method. Polina is passionate about passing on the benefits of Face Yoga to her current and new clients, helping them look and feel their best in a natural and holistic way.
