Flexibility + Inversions + Nidra with Ranta

2020 Opening Workshop focusing on increasing your flexibility in hamstrings & shoulders. This will give you the tools to work towards poses such as Splits & Deep forward fold in a safe and supportive environment. Please note that the poses will be held for a longer period of time (1-2 minutes in some cases).
Opening Shoulders and pectoralis muscles will give you the freedom to perform and work towards inversions such as forearm stand, headstand, handstand. Please note that all levels are welcome especially beginners. We will use the wall for our safety and alignment.
The workshop will conclude with deeply healing, rejuvenating & powerful relaxation -Yoga Nidra.
