Intro to Yoga: Extended Class

We begin this session with a chat about the foundations of yoga, where it came from and how we can apply these philosophies to a modern context.
You’ll then be guided through a complete beginners movement and yoga philosophy class, expect clear, easy to understand instructions in the beautiful settings of Wild Wolfs Yoga studio.
All mats and props provided, bring comfortable clothes to move in.
