Power Play: Balances with Lydia

9th November | 11:30 am - 1:30 pm

Expect a strong flow combined with workshop style class that will help you on your arm balance journey, learn how to make some fun shapes and refine your balancing skills. This 2 hour long class will help you delve deeper into your shoulders and core strength to build your confidence and knowledge in balancing and inversions. You will be fully supported by the teacher, starting with a directional warm up, working up to balances and learning how to activate and engage the muscles you need to feel strong and stable.
This is a regular once a month extended class.
