Spring is just around the corner, the perfect time of year to cleanse our inner and outer environments, ready for the year ahead.
Each year we fling open the windows, put our winter coat in storage and get the urge to clean our homes, but do we think of cleaning our minds and bodies at the same time?
Ayurveda shows us how we are a direct reflection of the environment around us, microcosm as macrocosm. So as the energy of winter shifts, we can aid our bodies in lightening the load through changing our daily habits, nutrition and self care rituals.
If we don’t detox these energies, we end up with a build up of toxins, which can lead to:

Winter is a time of hibernation, with shorter hours of sunlight and a heaviness in the air, where we tend toward spending most of our time indoors staying warm and resting. As the days get longer, and life begins sprouting all around us again, it’s the opportune time to focus and energise yourself in harmony with natures fresh and vibrant season.

A little about Faye…
Faye is passionate about the Ayurvedic lifestyle, and how living in alignment with nature’s rhythms brings a sense of mental peace and clarity. She found that Ayurveda was the thread that stitched together all of her teachings and studies over the years, allowing her to embody the practises and truly understand her internal and external worlds.
Faye works as a Yoga Teacher, and Online Wellness Coach, building dynamic groups of likeminded individuals that want to lead a more vibrant life, connected with source. She supports their evolution through teaching the habits of yogi’s, both on and off the mat, guiding them to connect and listen to their own inner voice for direction and inner clarity.
